Limited Edition - Syrah 2023
Our Syrah Limited Edition is harvested with a slightly ripe profile with the aim of producing a wine of significant tension and intensity. Next, a classic fermentation seeks to maintain its most representative qualities. Its aging in first and second use 100% French oak barrels for 14 months helps to complement and make its attributes more complex. On the nose, our Syrah stands out for its interesting aromatic layers, where intense aromas of olive and white pepper stand out, finishing with black fruit such as cranberry and salumeria notes. In the mouth, deep sensations of spices, some bitter chocolate and a resinous touch stand out. Its pronounced tannins and slight bitterness prolong our Syrah, giving it significant persistence and a defined finish.

TASTING NOTES
Our Syrah has a deep, vibrant color, with purple and violet hues in the center and lighter, brighter rims. Dense, well-defined tears will also be visible, indicating its greater viscosity and body. On the nose, it stands out for its interesting aromatic layers, where intense aromas of olive, black fruits such as blueberry, blackberry and plum stand out, as well as notes of salumeria. Subtle spicy notes such as black and white pepper, which are characteristic of this variety, can also be perceived, delicately intertwined with hints of fresh herbs. On the palate, its character is distinctive as it has a light entry, but with marked tannins. Black fruit flavors linger on the palate, accompanied by a pleasant acidity that contributes freshness and balance. In addition, deep spice sensations, some bitter chocolate and a resinous touch stand out. Despite 14 months of barrel aging, the oak is subtle and integrated, showing soft toasty notes. The finish is round, with an elegant structure and a long finish.

PAIRING
Usually goes well with game and fatty meats with high seasoning. One of the most suggested pairings is with lamb, but they can also go well with strong cheeses such as gorgonzola and highly seasoned foods such as pesto and curry.
