Limited Edition - Carmenere 2023
The versatility of our Fundo Liguai is expressed through the attributes of our terroir to produce different vine varieties in our vineyard. It is from this concept that our Limited Edition line of wines was born, whose objective is to publicize the diversity of varieties, highlight the most representative characteristics of each of them and maximize their attributes.
The wines that are part of the Limited Edition line enrich our portfolio, since they offer a wide variety of characteristics and a complete palette of sensations that combine to create our most emblematic blends and wines.

TASTING NOTES
It shows an intense and deep purple color, with a medium ruby rim, clean and bright. On the nose, it displays an exuberant fruit expression, where notes of ripe fruits such as black plums and blackberries can be appreciated. These aromas are combined with elegant hints of spices such as black pepper, which add intensity and aromatic depth, as well as subtle herbal notes that characterize this variety. On the palate, the wine reminds the fruits felt on the nose, which intensify and create a balanced blend with a marked acidity that helps to boost the tannins, giving a balanced structure to the wine, to finish with a smooth and silky sensation. It has a velvety texture, which contributes to a pleasant, long finish.

PAIRING
A versatile variety in gastronomy, it pairs well with pasta and tomato sauce, pizzas with strong cheeses such as blue cheese or Roquefort, lasagna, roasted vegetables, lean red meats, white meats, fatty fish and empanadas.
