Grenache 2023
Our fresh and delicate Grenache is made from an early harvest to preserve its refreshing characteristics. Its fermentation includes a percentage of Syrah with stems, achieving a balance between delicacy, volume and complexity. It retains its vibrant acidity in stainless steel tanks with a small amount of Mouvedre and without malolactic fermentation. With a bright purple color, the nose reveals red fruits such as sour cherry and cherry, with subtle floral notes. In the mouth, its marked acidity, intense red fruit, berries and light tannins stand out, offering freshness, lightness and persistence.
