Limited Edition - Cot 2022
The most authentic representation of the variety is our interpretation of Cot Limited Edition. Showing all its potential, our Malbec is presented as a reflection of the Fundo Liguai, interpreting and unifying, through it, the elements that make up our unique terroir. A wine designed from the harvest to transmit freshness through intense perfumed notes. It is aged for 14 months in third and fourth use French barrels, with the aim of preserving its delicate notes both on the nose and in the mouth, where we will find balanced floral notes and fresh red fruits. This delicacy is also present in the mouth where we find a tense wine with soft but present tannins.
The wines that are part of the Limited Edition line enrich our portfolio, since they offer a wide variety of characteristics and a complete palette of sensations that combine to create our most emblematic blends and wines.

TASTING NOTES
It has an intense deep red color with bluish tones. On the nose, it presents a rich range of aromas, with intense notes of black fruits, such as ripe plums, and subtle floral notes such as violets, which add elegance to the whole. In the mouth, it presents concentrated and juicy fruit notes, the black fruits are fully expressed, providing a coherent sensation between nose and mouth. Its tannins are firm but soft, giving structure to the wine. Its finish is long and persistent.
PAIRING
Its particular acidity combines excellently with roasted vegetables. In addition, it harmonizes very well with dishes that contain tomato, such as meatballs in tomato sauce. Another option to pair with Cot are desserts with a high percentage of cocoa, as well as some red fruits and berries.
