The versatility of our Fundo Liguai is expressed through the attributes of our terroir to produce different vine varieties in our vineyard. It is from this concept that our Limited Edition line of wines was born, whose objective is to publicize the diversity of varieties, highlight the most representative characteristics of each of them and maximize their attributes.
The wines that are part of the Limited Edition line enrich our portfolio, since they offer a wide variety of characteristics and a complete palette of sensations that combine to create our most emblematic blends and wines.

TASTING NOTES
This wine stands out for its brightness and clarity, showing a ruby red color of medium intensity. On the nose, it displays a remarkable aromatic intensity, with primary aromas characterized by a wide range of fresh red fruits such as raspberries and cherries, and subtle notes of currants and plums. It also has slight herbaceous and spicy notes such as green peppers and mint leaves. On the palate, red fruit flavors combine with black fruits, and the tannins are soft and velvety, providing a pleasant sensation on the palate. In addition, herbal and spicy touches add complexity to the wine. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant freshness. A Cabernet Franc with an elegant and balanced structure.
PAIRING
Lean beef and game meats achieve a perfect harmony. Vegetable stews, legume stews and herbal sauces also enhance its intensity. Some smoked cheeses or in general foods with light seasoning.
